Delete your Shopinata account

Do you still have the app? Settings › My account › Delete my account. It is immediate.

Does your account have an email address? Write to hello@shopinata.com from the account's address, asking for deletion. The account is deleted within 30 days at the latest.

Your account has no email address and you no longer have the app? Your account is not linked to any information that identifies you, so we cannot find it. It will be deleted automatically after 12 months without use.

What is deleted: first name, email, cards, favourites, shopping log, privacy choices.

What remains: the lists of your shared spaces, kept by the other members (your first name becomes "Former member"); our backups, deleted within 30 days.
